Mr. Hamilton assist clients two ways: righting yesterday's wrongs and planning for the future. His experience includes litigating for and against individual and corporate clients, assisting individuals with estate planning needs, and developing appropriate legal solutions to meet the challenges faced by small businesses and their owners. His clients, Firm, and practice benefit from dedicated client involvement, unvarnished transparency, and leveraged modern technology.
After graduating from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Mr. Hamilton worked for several years in the corporate transportation sector, including sailing as an officer on oil tankers. He then returned to school and earned a law degree at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. Since practicing law, he have been selected numerous times as a “Texas Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, a Thomas Reuters™ service, an honor bestowed upon the top 2.5 percent of attorneys in the State of Texas.
