General Information
Mr. Green has extensive trial experience in both civil and criminal defense litigation. Mr. Green has represented individuals, corporations, and business owners in premises liability matters, personal injury related causes and contractual issues. Although a large portion of Mr. Green’s experience is in business litigation, Mr. Green also has extensive experience in white collar criminal defense, probate, and complex family law custody and divorce matters. Over the years, Mr. Green has also been hired as a litigation consultant providing his expertise in trial strategies and trial preparation. Mr. Green believes that proper, well thought out preparation is paramount when properly representing clients and utilizes his strong work ethic to ensure the best representation possible.
Mr. Green is a graduate of Texas A&M University and St. Mary’s Law School. While at St. Mary’s Law School, Mr. Green was recognized for both his academic and advocacy successes. Mr. Green was appointed into the Office of Academic Excellence, was awarded the Judge Jack B. Miller Academic and Advocacy Scholarship, The Educating for Justice Award, and was selected into the National Order of Barristers and Inns of Court. Mr. Green was the first 2nd year law student and the first St. Mary’s Law student to ever win the American Trial Lawyers Association Trial Competition.

Mr. Green has been married for 14 years to his wife Cindy Green. They have two daughters and two grandchildren. Mr. Green enjoys running, biking and swimming and has competed in marathons and Ironman Triathlons. Mr. Green is actively involved with the Texas Lawyers Assistance Program with the State Bar of Texas and is a member of Community Bible Church in San Antonio, Texas.
